The "Gucci fantasy" collection features a special packaging of Ignasi Monreal paintings to give fans a special experience.
In order to highlight the uniqueness of the series, each T-shirt is limited to 200 pieces worldwide, and each sweater is limited to 100 pieces worldwide. Each item carries its own numbered label (1-100 or 1-200 depending on the style number, this global limited number is based on the item number actually received).

The young painter from Spain, who loves Western myths since childhood, keen to collect and draw funny cartoons and share with friends during his youth, lit his dream of illustrator. Later he became fascinated with the drawing of digital illustrations, combining the innovative ideas in his mind with surrealist stories and drawing his own unique artistic style. His digital creations are full of surrealist styles, like the contemporary mixture of the former Raphaelite and Italian surrealist Giorgio de Chirico.
The first collision between Gucci and Ignasi Monreal took place in 2015. Gucci creative director Gucci Creative Director Gucci launched his first digital project in 2015. Alessandro Michele invited Ignasi Monreal to present his humorous and interesting artwork in a digital animation. So he took the theme of the prophet and weather broadcaster, and was used as the printing pattern of the Gucci 2018 early spring series T-shirts.
Later, he also took ancient Greek and Roman myths as his source of inspiration to create a Gucci 2017 holiday gift album.
