The European Union ruled that high-strength polyester yarns were used by Chinese companies to implement separate treatment

On October 13, the EU Anti-Dumping Advisory Committee (ADC) held a meeting to discuss and pass the European Commission's ruling on anti-dumping cases involving high-strength polyester yarns in China. Regarding the case of high-strength polyester yarn, the European Union considered that China's Zhejiang Hailid Company and Hangzhou Huachun Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd. met the MET and IT standards stipulated by the European Anti-dumping Law, respectively, and calculated their anti-dumping rates. Zero; Zhejiang Antiquing Road, and other major companies responding to anti-dumping duty rate is about 5%; other companies unified tax rate is 14.3%. Due to the low tax rate, Chinese companies will not be affected much by the future exports to the EU.
