QUESTIONS &ANSWERS  TIPS  : 

1.Are you factory or trading company? Where is it?
We are manufacturer and our factory located in FUSHAN, GuangDong province, China. If you would like to visit us, please tell us your plan in advance. We will help to arrange meeting.

2.How to provide samples?
Offer A4 FREE samples, less than one meter is FREE. It is charged more than 1 meter. All freight collect. But the cost will be deducted in future orders.Samples will usually be sent out in two days.

3.What`s MOQ?
For most styles, MOQ is 300y per color per style. However some styles require higher or lower MOQ.

4.What's your delivery time?
Sampling usually takes 7-10 working days. International delivery takes 4-7 days. Thus it would take about half a month from ordering to receiving them.

Bulk leadtime depends on your item and quantity, about 30-50 days accordingly. However production arrange is flexible. If you are in urgent with closed ETD, we will check the best possible delivery time for you.

5.How about Payment Term?
We accept T/T,  L/C at sight. 
(T/T :30% deposit upon approval sample, the balance paid before shipment or against copy of B/L .)

6.How can you ensure the quality?
We have experienced and strictly QC Team for quality control in each step, from material purchasing to cutting, sewing to packing. Of course, you can come to visit our factory or checking goods by yourselves or 3rd party. Below is our working procesures for your review. Thanks.
